Excel Registrations department is here to help new businesses by offering a service which helps the customer reduce the rates they pay for electricity and gas. We work in partnership with some of the UKs leading energy suppliers including N Power Opus Energy and E4B to name but a few. This allows us to be able to compile competitive price searches to make sure you get the best package available. Many new businesses in the UK dont have the time to contact all the utility suppliers to find a competitive quote; also many dont realize that they are on out of contract rates, (unnecessarily higher rates.) when they move in. All these issues can be resolved through our registrations department.

What happens next?

Your documents are passed on to your chosen supplier. They will let your old supplier know that you are switching and set up your new account. Your new supplier will contact you directly to update you on your switch.

Will I be cut off at any point?

No. The switch date is co-ordinated between your current and new supplier and there is a continuos supply of electricity from the main grid. You won’t lose your supply at any point.

Your role

All you have to do is choose the best plan you want. Your new supplier will contact you and confirm your switch date. Your responsibilities are:

• pay your final bill to your old supplier and cancel any Direct Debits to them, if that’s how you pay
• take a meter reading to give to your old and new suppliers
